Come on down to VGU’s premiere retrospective podcast starring Graydon Webb and DJ Risio, as they navigate through Legendary’s MonsterVerse films and piece together this Monarch mystery! Each week, they will re-watch and discuss another film (or two), leading up to the release of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire on March 28, 2024!

Week two brings us to the 2019 epic, Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Arguably the best film in the MonsterVerse so far, we had so many notes it filled a whole episode! Join us as we discuss the goddess that is Mothra, the nightmare that is Boston, and the beauty of the Kingsman franchise, in all its predictable glory.

Editor’s Note: This episode had some wonky audio issues. We both start fairly loud, DJ gets quiet at times, and Graydon’s audio gets choppy randomly. But hey, that’s just how this cookie crumbles sometimes!
